Founded in 2019 by the legendary Gary Burleson, who retired last year after an illustrious career spanning over 50 years in the construction industry, Gary’s visionary leadership and unwavering dedication have been the cornerstone of our success. Though retired, Gary continues to share his invaluable wisdom and expertise as a consultant, ensuring his legacy lives on.
Under the dynamic leadership of Stephanie and Nick, Etico Stone has embarked on an exciting new chapter. Stephanie, who has been immersed in the construction world since her teenage years, started by laying out houses in the field at the age of 15 alongside her father. She then moved through various roles in the office, from Receptionist to Director of IT to Controller, and now excels as a business partner. Her deep financial and business knowledge complements Nick’s extensive operational expertise, forming a powerhouse team dedicated to driving our company forward.
Nick's journey with Gary began in 2004, and under Gary's mentorship, he honed his skills and advanced through the ranks. Starting as a laborer, Nick’s dedication and talent propelled him to roles such as Foreman, Superintendent, and General Manager. Gary recognized Nick’s exceptional leadership qualities and chose him to partner with Stephanie, ensuring the continuation of Etico Stone’s legacy under their combined stewardship. His profound operational knowledge and hands-on experience have been instrumental in shaping Etico Stone's growth. Nick brings unparalleled expertise and a relentless drive for excellence, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
In early 2024, we proudly launched our new masonry division, expanding our range of services to include top-tier masonry work alongside our renowned stone veneer offerings.
